Branch Manager

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead branch operations and ensure business targets are achieved while maintaining smooth and compliant daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business performance across funding, financing, and fee-based income

Plan and execute business expansion strategies based on branch portfolio

Maintain and improve the quality of branch financing

Ensure operational excellence and high-quality customer service

Lead, manage, and develop the branch team while collaborating with related units

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Management)

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent role in the banking industry

Strong leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills

Solid understanding of retail banking business

Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus (especially Mandarin/Hokkien)
