Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of the BIM model.
- Perform clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary issues within the model.
- Provide technical documentation, shop drawings, and reports related to BIM deliverables.
- Support project execution both in the office and on-site as required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in BIM applications such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and other related Autodesk software.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering or related field.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and building projects, including interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across various disciplines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to be assigned either at project sites or at head office.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience in large-scale or international projects.
- Knowledge of ISO BIM standards or openBIM methodologies.
- BIM-related certifications.
