This role focuses on promoting and selling F&B event packages (weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, etc.) while building strong and lasting client relationships to support business growth. The position carries key responsibilities in driving event sales and maintaining excellent client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell event packages (weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings).
- Present F&B products and venue services tailored to client needs.
- Handle inquiries, follow up with clients, and conduct client visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership contracts.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Be present during events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and client visit updates.
- Gather market insights and monitor competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Management, Communication, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B Sales, Banquet, Event, or Hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and sales reporting.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English.
- Well-groomed, confident, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
