Job Description

BHUMI Skincare is looking for a position of Account Executive (B2B) to thrive and excel in our company. The candidate should be an experienced salesperson, who is comfortable and knowledgeable in generating sales leads, channel acquisitions, sales expansion and sales operating procedures with new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Salary Range: IDR 5,730,000 – IDR 7,000,000 (net)

Incentives: Available Up to Rp. 3.000.000

Benefits: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and Tax (fully covered by the company)

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Target-oriented, resilient, and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken) for international networking and correspondence.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable with field work (canvassing) and building relationships from scratch.

Responsiblities

  • Proactively identify, negotiate, and close deals to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Secure B2B contracts with hotels, resorts, and spas for professional amenities and retail product placement.
  • Research, contact, and onboard international distributors to scale our export volume and brand presence abroad.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial cold-calling and canvassing (online/offline) to contract signing and account handovers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop monthly market strategies and provide detailed progress reports to management.
