Key Account Manager - Jakarta, Indonesia

I - Job description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts, Modern Trade.
• Understand client needs and develop customized account plans to meet business objectives.
• Negotiate promotions, pricing, and trade terms within company policy.
• Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with the distributor to meet customers service level requirements.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and ensure timely delivery and execution of all commercial activities (e.g., launches, promotions, activations).
• Develop a forecast demand plan and coordinate with the supply chain and distributors to manage effective inventory levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.

II - Job requirement:

• Graduated from the University.
• More than 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.
• Proven success in managing Key Accounts and Modern Trade.
• In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape within the channels.
• Relationship management.
• Data-driven decision making.
