Job Description

Role Purpose:

This role will support the COO Office in managing, monitoring, and controlling commercial budget and performance execution across HQ and Circles.

The role focuses on ensuring:

  • AOP alignment
  • Budget discipline
  • Performance tracking

while providing structured insights to support day-to-day decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AOP Tracking & Alignment

  • Support consolidation and tracking of AOP across COO functions and Circles
  • Monitor performance vs target and highlight gaps
  • Ensure alignment between planning and actual execution

2. Budget Monitoring & Control

  • Track COO OPEX budget utilization on a regular basis
  • Ensure all spending follows approved LOA and Business Case
  • Flag over/under-spending and follow up with respective teams

3. Revenue & Cost Monitoring

  • Track key initiatives impacting revenue and cost
  • Support identification of basic improvement opportunities
  • Ensure initiatives are monitored and reported consistently

4. Circle Coordination

  • Work with Circle teams to track performance and budget alignment
  • Ensure consistency between Circle targets and HQ direction
  • Follow up on key action items and performance gaps

5. Coordination & Execution Support

  • Coordinate across teams (S&D, Business Planning, HBB, Customer Success, Finance)
  • Support preparation of materials for business reviews and meetings
  • Ensure follow-up and tracking of agreed action items

Key Success Metrics:

  • Accuracy and timeliness of AOP and budget tracking
  • Visibility of performance across COO functions
  • Budget adherence (minimal untracked or unapproved spend)
  • Consistency in reporting across HQ and Circles
  • Timely follow-up on key action items

Experience:

  • 5–8 years in Commercial planning / finance / business analysis / operations
  • Experience handling budget or performance tracking preferred

Skills:

  • Strong Excel / data handling capability
  • Good analytical and structured thinking
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in tracking
  • Clear communication and reporting skills

Mindset:

  • Strong ownership in follow-through
  • Comfortable working with data and routine tracking
  • Able to coordinate and follow up across teams
  • Reliable and structured in execution
