This isnt just another AV/IT role. At AVITSG youll:

Support world-class clients Indonesia & around the region

Work with cutting-edge AV & network tech (Crestron, AV over IP, Extreme Networks, Cisco, Netgear).

Get paid training to become an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).

Be part of a global team supporting Fortune 500 clients across 5 continents.

Be cross skilled across range of technologies including IT, & Security

Troubleshoot and support advanced Audio Visual systems

Handle network design, configuration, and IT troubleshooting

Provide onsite support at our Indonesian academies

Offer remote second-level support for global clients

Contribute to new client technology build-outs

• Strong background in AV + networking (Crestron, Wireshark, cloud-managed switches a plus)
• Professional English communication (written & spoken)
• Process-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
• Based in Jakarta (with some travel around Indonesia)
