PT PhinCon (Phintraco Consulting) is currently inviting applications for the Contact Center Solution Engineer Bootcampa structured and intensive training program designed for fresh graduates who are committed to building a career in the Information Technology industry.

This program offers in-depth technical training in Contact Center (Genesys) technology, hands-on experience through involvement in real client projects, and a clear path toward potential full-time placement upon successful completion.

Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive, instructor-led training focused on Contact Center technologies
• Collaborate on real-world projects for leading national and international clients
• Contribute to enterprise-level technology implementations and international-scale initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate (graduated in 2024 or 2025) with no prior full-time or contract employment
• Educational background in Computer Science or Information Technology: SMK (TKJ/RPL) with an average score above 80, or D3/S1 with a minimum GPA of 3.20 (S1 graduates are preferred)
• Strong interest in networking technologies is highly preferred
• Foundational understanding of programming logic or networking concepts (e.g., Cisco, Linux, CCNA, Fiber Optic, Router)
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Fast learner with a professional and proactive attitude
• Willingness to work fully onsite (Work From Office) at Menara Batavia, Jakarta Pusat
