What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from requisition to interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
  • Handle employee administration such as probation, contract completion, and employee movement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements
  • Collaborate closely with HRBP and stakeholders

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines)
  • 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a strong communicator
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, with experience using Darwinbox considered an advantage
