What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from requisition to interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
- Handle employee administration such as probation, contract completion, and employee movement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements
- Collaborate closely with HRBP and stakeholders
What Is Required and What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines)
- 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a strong communicator
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, with experience using Darwinbox considered an advantage
