Job Description :
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including overtime, deductions, allowances, and statutory compliance (BPJS and PPh 21).
Manage and maintain employee data, HRIS, and employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, employee benefits, and service rewards.
Prepare and analyze regular HR reports (payroll, attendance, etc.).
Handle expatriate documentation, including work and stay permits (visa, IMTA, KITAS).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Legal, and HRBPs) to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes.
Experience managing payroll for a large number of employees; experience handling complex payroll structures will be an advantage.
Experience in handling monthly and annual tax reporting (PPh 21), preferably using Coretax.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and employee income tax (PPh 21).
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems; familiarity with Talenta is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
