Participate and support the launch, go-to-market and day-to-day operation to grow the solution's adoption and investment from Shopee sellers
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities across the business portfolio, and build strong business cases to enable key stakeholders decisions
Analyse competitor performance and industry solutions to drive strategic growth initiatives based on market trends and best practices
Partner with various cross-functional teams, including both internal and external, regional and local stakeholders, to successfully roll out strategic growth initiatives

Requirements:

Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Experience or knowledge in relevant industry such as e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising is a plus
Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets, knowledge of SQL is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
