Develop and execute strategic planning to increase sales for each brand, including price promotions and other marketing programs (e.g., vouchers, gift with purchase).
Ensure brand sales targets are achieved.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (including forecast calculations) for each brand on a regular basis.
Manage product inventory across online and offline stores to achieve healthy DOI (Days of Inventory) and OOS (Out of Stock) rates.
Validate monthly sales and stock reports, covering sales volume, revenue, pricing, margin, promotional support, and ending stock.
Provide solutions to Customer Service related to consumer complaints.
Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams regarding sales, promotions, payments, consumer complaints, and marketing activations.
Curate and acquire both local and international brands for collaboration.
Oversee the onboarding process of new brands partnering with BeautyHaul.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Management, Business, or Economics.
Experience:
Proven experience in Key Account Management, E-Commerce, Retail, or Brand Management.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
Knowledge of e-commerce, offline retail, and sales processes.
Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
High initiative with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective decision-making and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner with a passion for the beauty industry (preferred).
