Role Description

Assistant to General Manager – Operations & Strategy is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, business development initiatives, and strategic execution. This role acts as a bridge between management and operational teams, ensuring alignment, service quality, and business growth through coordination, analysis, and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, business development, or management support roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in handling B2B clients and operations is preferred.
