Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching position based in Pakem. The teachers will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, aligned with the IBDP framework. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, assessing student performance, fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment, and integrating Islamic principles into academic learning. Additional tasks include participating in character-building programs, mentorship opportunities, and contributing to co-curricular and extracurricular activities to support student development.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to create engaging lesson plans aligned with the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Experience in leadership programs, mentorship, and fostering student development.
• Competence in integrating Islamic teachings, values, and cultural understanding into the learning experience.
• Proficiency in English (IBDP teaching experience is a plus).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
• Experience in an international or inclusive educational setting is a strong asset.
