Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and cleanliness.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Control store-level costs and optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Execute marketing programs and promotional activities in-store.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and proper product display.
  • Collaborate with Area Manager and support departments for store needs and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage store-level operations effectively.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or in shifts based on business needs.
