Operation Area Manager F&B

Responsible

• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets and ceo's KPIs
• Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
• Prepare competition analysis to identify best locations to place company brands
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
• To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training align with brand and business need.
• Manage daily operations of counters and channels
• To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.
• To develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation.

Requirement

• At least Bachelor's degree
• Have an experience in F&B Industry at least 7 year is a must.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
• Possess organizational skill and able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
• Good understanding in retail management
• Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
