Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree in Law, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and/or Employee Relations (ER)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, implementing regulations, and HR practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and mediation skills
- Proven experience in handling industrial dispute resolution, collective labor agreements (CLA), and managing relationships with labor unions
Job Description:
- Ensure a harmonious and conducive working environment that complies with regulations by managing industrial relations between employees and the company, as well as between labor unions and the company
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal policies
- Responsible for the renewal and implementation of company regulations and/or collective labor agreements (CLA)
- Act as a liaison between management and external institutions (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Department of Manpower, BPJS for Employment and Health, Industrial Relations Court, legal consultants, etc.)
- Handle formal employee grievances and disciplinary cases, including conducting internal investigations
- Manage the disciplinary process, including issuance of warning letters
- Calculate and verify employee compensation related to labor rights in accordance with labor regulations and company policy
- Responsible for managing the companys BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment) and BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) programs
- Prepare reports and trend analysis related to Industrial & Employee Relations to support continuous policy improvement
