We're looking for a Culture and Employee Engagement Officer to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our company's culture, helping to create a vibrant and positive workplace where every employee feels valued, connected, and motivated. You will be responsible for activating our company culture and designing engaging activities and events that strengthen relationships and boost morale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Culture Activation: Lead the implementation of culture initiatives that reinforce our company's values, mission, and vision. Partner with leaders and teams to ensure a consistent and authentic cultural experience across the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of employee engagement activities and programs, from team-building exercises and workshops to company-wide campaigns.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee all company events, including town halls, holiday parties, recognition ceremonies, and social gatherings. Manage all logistics, including budgeting, vendor relations, and scheduling, to ensure a seamless experience.
- Communication: Create engaging content and communications to promote culture initiatives and events through various channels, such as internal newsletters, social media, and our intranet.
- Feedback & Analysis: Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other channels to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives. Use these insights to refine and improve future programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Management team and other departments to align on goals and ensure initiatives support broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role focused on culture, employee engagement, or event management.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for designing unique and memorable experiences.
- Proficiency in using survey tools and internal communication software.
