Assistant Manager Business Development

Main Responsibilities

1. Be the main project manager to lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Lead IT-related initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
3. Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
4. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities with banking partners.
5. Support the rollout of new products, services, or digital tools in collaboration with partner banks.
6. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.

Job Specification

1. Bachelor&aposs degree with strong data analytical, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skill.
2. Have a minimum 3 years&apos experience as a Business Development or PMO roles, preferably in insurance
3. Experience in IT Projects, system implementation, or digital transformation is a strong advantage
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong problem-solving
5. Good command in English
