Job Description

• Provide legal advice and support to various business units on contractual and regulatory matters.
• Handle litigation management, represent the Company in Court proceedings (when necessary), manage restructuring, actual and potential litigation and disputes, and insolvency matters including NPL (Non-Performing Loans) cases, collecting, and remedial
• Monitor all legal processes (review of agreements, agreement negotiation, and KYC checking) so as to protect the company from the counterpart.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Management, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the financial services or banking sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Good proficiency in English is a must (spoken & written).
• Bachelor's degree in Law. A Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Holds a valid Advocate License (BAR License) under PERADI or other recognized advocate organizations is a MUST, and LSPPI certification is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, relentlessly resourceful, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity, able to handle multiple matters and meet tight deadlines. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
