Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Banyumas. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and meeting performance targets. Your tasks will include coordinating and optimizing workflow, addressing client needs, and providing leadership and training to team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the FMCG, Banking, or Pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant professional experience in supervision or a related role
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
