Job Description

Conduct regular audits and inspections of stores to ensure adherence to operational procedures, financial policies, and compliance standards.
Monitor sales performance, expense management, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve store efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, including cash handling, sales transactions, and customer service protocols.
Supervise warehouse (RMPM, Spare Part) processes, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfilment, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and investigate discrepancies in store and warehouse transactions.
Analyse store and warehouse KPIs (e.g., sales targets, inventory turnover, shrinkage rates) to assess operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, store managers and warehouse supervisors to implement performance enhancement strategies.
Support and guide store and warehouse teams in compliance with operational procedures.
Provide training on financial controls, inventory management, and process optimization.
Respond to incidents such as theft, safety violations, or emergency situations in coordination with relevant authorities.
