Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities

  • Visit various channels to understand the area's potential better.
  • Implement sales strategies like promotions and programs, and analyze product and program sales in outlets/channels to boost sales.
  • Coordinate with the team to align sales strategy and planning for maximum performance improvement.
  • Keep an eye on outlet/channel accounts receivable (AR) and Sales Executives AR collection performance for timely payments.
  • Maintain good relationships with both internal and external parties (distributors, Pareto outlets, agency PICs, etc.) for smooth business operations (weekly distributor coordination for sales achievement, stock management, and promotion implementation).
  • Work with teams to establish permanent journey plans for Sales Executives and outlet/channel promotional programs to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and assess team performance and ensure operational excellence in the area, including product stock management and channel/outlet promotional program implementation.
  • Review and summarize daily reports from Beauty Advisors, which will be provided to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Evaluate the sales performance of Beauty Advisors, Sales Executives, and channels/outlets to maintain and increase sales in the area.
  • Analyze and plan the placement of Beauty Advisors in the area for optimal productivity.

Does it match your criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the sales field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Relevant knowledge in the Skincare Industry or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, selling skills, and sales force optimization.
  • Strong product knowledge and familiarity with supply chain management.
  • Skills in people management, including development, motivation, and control of teams
