Your Tasks
- Direct supervise, coordinate and manage business process of Regional Distributors within the territorial coverage, in alignment with Beiersdorf's (BDF) objectives, strategies and business process plan
- Monitor sales program execution and sales performance in alignment with Beiersdorf's (BDF) objectives and strategies
- Monitor and execute of company fundamental strategy 5 STARS program (MSL. TOP 10, AVC, AO, Unbilled Account)
- Developing, training and ensure sales operation team both internal and external team in area able to deliver high performance of BDF sales KPIs
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree from all majors.
- Minimum 4 years experienced as Supervisor or Manager in FMCG Company and 1 2 years in same or similar position
- Willing to placed in Batam, having a strong sales experience in Batam, Tanjung Pinang & Jambi.
- High negotiation and communication skill, Good analytical thinking, Good analytical thinking, Able to work in team, Good in leadership and Achievement oriented
- Distributor management, Territory management, Distribution management, Sales data analysis and People development
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and expert in Presentation skill
