3+ years of sales experience (B2B) in Industrial Segment Lubricant / Metalworking / Heavy equipment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability
Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
Provide technical expertise and support to our distributor, customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or a related field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willing to travel domestically or regionally as needed
