Job Description

Position Title: PV Mounting Systems Sales Manager Indonesia

Location: Indonesia (Jakarta preferred)

Type: Full-time

Role Summary

Drive sales growth for PV mounting systems across Indonesia. Own territory strategy, develop and close business with EPCs, installers, and distributors, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver project-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Indonesia sales strategy with a strong target orientation to meet and exceed revenue and margin goals.
  • Source, qualify, and close opportunities in utility, industrial, and rooftop solar segments.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles and prepare competitive commercial proposals.
  • Proactively communicate with engineering teams for technical support and pre-/post-sales solutions.
  • Provide market insights and sales forecasts; represent the company at key industry forums and events.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin. Excellent English proficiency.
  • Results-driven with 3+ years of experience successfully closing deals in Indonesia's industrial/B2B sector.
  • Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales pipelines with a customer-focused problem-solving approach.
  • Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
