Our client in FMCG company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join their team and drive sales performance across multiple channels.
Locations: Sumatera, Aceh, Linggau, Jakarta, Semarang, Pekalongan, Cilacap, Sumbawa, Mamuju, Kendari
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and drive sales performance across assigned channels (GT, MT, OOH).
- Deliver sales growth by achieving volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
- Manage and develop strong partnerships with distributors and key customers.
- Execute sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and market penetration.
- Ensure excellence in market execution and expand product distribution.
- Provide timely and accurate market insights, competitor updates, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Min. 2 years of experience working directly for a principal in FMCG sales with exposure to GT, MT, or OOH channels.
- Strong distributor and/or key account management capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
- Highly driven, result-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Open to relocation to assigned areas across Indonesia.
