We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer with strong expertise in MATLAB and Simulink, combined with a solid background in engineering (electrical, computer, or software). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business, supporting both technical presales and customer enablement.
This role requires a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and communication skills, as you will be responsible for engaging with customers, delivering seminars, webinars, workshops, and product demonstrations, as well as supporting the adoption of model-based design in industries such as electrification, communications, signal & image processing, and AI/ML.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in presales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Deliver trainings, workshops, seminars, and webinars to showcase solutions using MATLAB and Simulink.
- Provide technical consultancy on workflows related to electrification, signal & image processing, communications, and AI applications.
- Support customers in applying model-based design workflows to accelerate product development.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and present compelling technical content (demos, case studies, presentations).
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by combining technical expertise with business understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical roles involving MATLAB and Simulink.

- Electrification & Power Systems

- Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to deliver technical content to diverse audiences.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (presales, technical consultancy, training, or product demonstrations).
- Business acumen and ability to link technical solutions to customer value.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and in teams.
