Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout principles.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance layout methodologies and tools.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
• Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
• Understanding of parasitic extraction and mitigation techniques.
• Ability to analyze and optimize signal integrity and power distribution within layouts.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
