Responsible for implementing the Anti Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) program, specifically identifying suspicious financial transactions and monitoring customer transactions, including reporting to the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), following the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the Anti Money Laundering Group (AML Group).
Strategy & Planning
- Analyze and provide recommendations based on the final analysis results of AML Solutions suspicious financial transaction alerts, conducted by the Local AMI Team, with the turnaround time standards outlined in the current year&aposs KPI.
- Review and provide recommendations to the Division Head on Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) proposals, both from AML Solutions and non-AML Solutions, in accordance with applicable AML/CFT regulations and policies and the turnaround time determined by the KPI.
Business Performance and Management
- Ensure that AML Solutions and STR alerts within the assigned responsibility meet targets and are completed on time, in accordance with established KPIs.
- Ensure that the quality of AML Solutions alert analysis complies with applicable standards.
- Provide AML/CFT advice on all inquiries and requests for information from business units/other work units, in a timely manner, in accordance with established KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree
- Minimum 3 year of experience in banking or financial services industry
- Proficient in English, written and speaking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have attended AML/CFT training will be an advantage
