Job Description

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the product & dev teams to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.
  • Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features.
  • Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback.
  • Provide analysis and insights into local market's contexts and trends.
  • Drive the optimizations of the labeling portals to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Linguistics, Languages or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with product or workflow testing with user facing products.
  • Experienced with trend and product impact reporting.
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.
