The Process Engineer is responsible for the design, control, and continuous improvement of lithium-ion battery pack production processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality assembly operations through data analysis, process parameter control, and development of technical documentation.
. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (preferably low-current systems) or Diploma IV (D4) in Electronics Engineering.
. Minimum 1 year experience on Battery Management System
. Understanding of manufacturing assembly processes (battery pack experience is an advantage)
. Knowledge of DC electrical systems and basic electronics.
. Ability to perform process data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
. Ability to read and prepare technical documentation (SOP/WI).
. Understanding of quality control concepts and process improvement methodologies.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
. Familiarity with ERP systems / SAP.
