Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives, coordinating multiple engineering-led feature development projects at the program level
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management frameworks
Partner closely with Product, Engineers, Operations teams, and Business stakeholders to translate business problems into executable delivery plans
Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, including progress updates, risks, priorities, and scope changes
Provide clear project reporting and executive updates, including regular status and business impact presentations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engagement Manager roles in tech, logistics, e-commerce, or consulting companies
Experience managing program-level initiatives or multiple interrelated projects simultaneously
Familiarity with AI developments and the application of AI solutions in logistics or operational environments
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management certification (Scrum, PMP, CAPM) is a plus
