Job Description:

  • Manage feature development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals and business priorities
  • Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business, Operations) to establish executable project plans and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track progress, identify risks/blockers early, and drive the mitigation plan
  • Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, including progress, risks, priorities, and changes
  • Regularly create a deck to update the project status business impact to management
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a PMO or similar role from e-commerce, logistics, tech, or consulting companies
  • Experience managing software, digital product, or feature development projects
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or features in parallel
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management certification (Scrum, PMP, CAPM) is a plus
