Role Summary:
As an Affiliate Specialist, you will support our client's affiliate and social commerce strategy by connecting products and services to users through relevant, conversion-focused touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute affiliate initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and social commerce performance.
In this role, you will manage affiliate relationships, drive creator-led sales through high-performing social content and livestream activities, and support operational workflows that maximise GMV and campaign performance.
Role:
Affiliate Recruitment
- Identify and recruit active TikTok affiliates within relevant niches
- Evaluate creators based on selling style, engagement rate, conversion potential, and past sales performance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential affiliates
Affiliate Onboarding & Enablement
- Manage a large network of affiliates across micro, macro, and mega-tier creators
- Provide recommended SKUs, promotional materials, and content direction
- Conduct product and campaign briefings, including USPs, key selling points, and GMV targets
Affiliate Program Management
- Manage exclusive affiliate programs and nurture top-performing affiliates through consistent engagement
- Implement tiering structures, incentive programs, and performance bonuses to drive sales growth
- Maintain strong community engagement via group chats, regular check-ins, and updates
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track affiliate link performance and analyse SKU-level results from livestream sessions
- Prepare weekly and monthly GMV reports by affiliate performance
- Identify trends and recommend improvements by comparing exclusive vs. non-exclusive affiliate performance
Live Performance Operations
- Monitor daily livestream performance metrics, including viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and SKU sales
- Provide feedback and coaching to affiliates to improve livestream selling techniques
- Identify rising creators and develop them into top-performing affiliates
Content & Campaign Support
- Recommend high-performing SKUs and strong selling angles
- Provide simple content guides, scripts, and talking points to support creators
- Coordinate fast product sampling to accelerate content production
- Support livestream structure and flow to improve conversion rates
- Plan weekly livestream schedules and sales campaigns to drive GMV growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and E-Commerce teams to align on promotions and campaign priorities
- Share on-the-ground insights to improve future campaigns, product strategies, and affiliate programs.
You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/creator management, or social commerce
- Experience working with MCNs, affiliate agencies, or TikTok Shop creator ecosystems is preferred
- Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate Centre tools and dashboard
- An active network within affiliate or creator communities is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- High sense of ownership and flexibility, including availability for weekend livestream monitoring when required
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
