Senior Affiliate Specialist

Job Description:

• Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals like revenue targets and affiliate acquisition on TikTok
• Oversee the affiliate program, handling recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates
• Scout and onboard new affiliate partners to broaden our network and reach diverse audiences
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission rates, and payment terms effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams for creating affiliate-friendly promotional materials and campaigns
• Offer support and resources to affiliates for maximizing their performance and achieving results
• Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes
• Implement leadership role in recruiting, building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

• Advanced understanding of any affiliate programs
• Min. 3 years work experience in affiliate management, social media department
• Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
• Strong verbal/spoken and written English communications is a plus
• Strong negotiation, public speaking and influencing skills
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude
• High self-motivation and target oriented
• Willing to work in Laweyan, Solo
