Job Summary:
The KOL & Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing influencer (KOL) and affiliate partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversion through online platforms. This role ensures strong collaboration with content creators and affiliates aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
KOL Management
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators that fit the brand's image and audience.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Develop monthly influencer campaign calendars in coordination with the content and social media teams.
- Monitor KOL content quality, posting schedule, and ensure brand compliance.
- Analyze campaign performance and report ROI for influencer activations.
Affiliate Program
- Develop and manage the brand's affiliate marketing strategy to increase traffic and conversion.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Track affiliate performance, sales, and commissions through affiliate dashboards.
- Coordinate creative assets and promotional materials for affiliate partners.
- Propose incentive or bonus structures to increase partner engagement.
Campaign & Reporting
- Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
- Provide post-campaign analytics, insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Manage budget allocation for influencer and affiliate activities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in KOL, influencer, or affiliate marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to measure performance metrics.
- Creative and up-to-date with social media trends.
