We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialistwho is passionate about building impactful partnerships and driving performance through collaboration. In this role, you'll focus on the execution, management, and budgeting of affiliate initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth and brand visibility

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive affiliate program to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the program.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all affiliate activities.
• Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide insights, and refine strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and affiliate platforms
• Willing to work WFO at Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
