Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing affiliate marketing campaigns, developing partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to drive brand growth. Daily activities include collaborating with marketing teams, managing relationships with affiliates, analyzing campaign data, and implementing targeted online marketing initiatives to increase engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing
• Strong skills in Marketing and Communication
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization
• Experience in managing affiliate programs at e-commerce (TikTok or Shopee) min 3 years
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing campaigns
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
