PT Good Sale Tech is looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive our affiliate ecosystem and accelerate revenue through creators, KOLs, and strategic digital partners.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, manage, and scale affiliate programs across major e-commerce
- platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and content creators
- Design and execute affiliate strategies and campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROI, and cost efficiency
- Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, KOL, Content, and E-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Ensure all affiliate content and activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related commercial roles
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, live commerce, and e-commerce ecosystems
- In-depth knowledge of KOL, influencer, and creator landscapesespecially in the beauty sector
- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
