We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will play a key role in developing and managing KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive authentic product engagement. This role combines strategy, execution, and relationship management perfect for someone who's both analytical and community-driven.
Job Description
- Design and implement KOC campaigns to drive product awareness, reviews, and grassroots credibility.
- Source everyday consumers with micro influence; onboard and educate them on brand and product messaging.
- Distribute products, brief KOCs on content expectations, and manage timelines and quality of posts.
- Track post performance (mentions, reviews, engagement); compile data-driven reports for campaign optimization.
- Build and nurture a loyal KOC community; engage regularly to maintain motivation and brand affinity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
