Administrative Specialist in Surabaya Subsidiary
Administration:
-Create PO to Comate HKG
-Proceed PO from customer
-Submit payment for electricity and insurance and other office expense monthly
-Proceed custom clearance
-Officepropertydailymanagement
-Reimbursement for stationary office report
-Make list for coming item for each PO Customer
-Make a Delivery Note
-Make a Invoice and PI
-Make a good filing and monthly report for operation and sales
-Send document of invoice to customer
-Looking for vendor for event
Marketing :
-Make a quotation for email inquiry
-Sent email for news letter or promotion
-Handle linked in and Google business for promotion
-Telemarketing for every opportunity incoming from email or google business
-Make appointment with customer prospect
Additional Work :
-Assist for delivery item to customer
-Help for commissioning or set up sensor at site.
Qualifications
-English and Indonesian Bahasa as working language
-Chinese as a skill is an advantage
-Basic accounting knowledge
-Basic knowledge in goods importing and exporting
