Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting product development processes We are seeking a Product Development Admin to assist in managing end-to-end product development activities, including documentation, coordination, and data tracking to ensure smooth execution across teams. In this role, you will support product timelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring new products to market efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative processes for product development, from formulation and validation to product launch.
  • Prepare and archive documentation for product specifications, raw materials, and development data.
  • Assist in coordinating with formulators/manufacturers regarding data requirements and follow up on development progress.
  • Manage product registration documents such as regulatory (e.g., BPOM), halal certification, and other supporting documents.
  • Monitor product development timelines and ensure administrative completeness at each stage.
  • Assist in collecting market research data, industry trends, and competitor activities for team analysis.
  • Maintain vendor databases and support administrative communication with both local and international vendors.
  • Review laboratory analysis results and identify data requirements.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering,Pharmacy, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles; experience as Admin in R&D or product development is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in handling numerical data and accurate input.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas for data processing and cost calculations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and dynamic targets.
  • Open to working full-time from our office in Kedoya, West Jakarta (WFO).
