Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process claim documents from distributors and outlets
  • Ensure completeness and validity of claim documents according to SOP
  • Liaise with distributors, outlets, and principals on claim matters
  • Handle inquiries and complaints related to claims
  • Prepare periodic claim status reports
  • Maintain organized claim document filing (physical and digital)
  • Ensure claim data accuracy for audit and evaluation purposes

Requirements

  • Min. 1-2 year of experience as Claim Admin or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
