  • responsible in managing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the collection operations.
  • coordinating with SPV/Team Leader Internal and Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) with the document and administration related,
  • maintaining accurate records, and preparing various reports to support the collection teams activities.
  • responsible to compile, updating, verified, remind and support the SPPI Certification proccess. In order to coordinate with other stakeholder within Internal/Cross Department

Job Requirements

  • Experiences in Admin min 1-3 years.
  • Able to work together with team.
  • Excellent communication, collection oriented, fluent in English will be an advantaged
  • Experiences in Admin can operate Excel and the formula.
  • Preferably has experience as a fintech admin.
