Role Description
We are looking for an Admin Finance Intern to join our team in East Bandung! In this role, youll support the Finance Manager with administration, reporting, and financial data preparation, while also assisting in bookkeeping, petty cash reports, and tax administration (billing codes, e-invoices, SPT).
Jobdesc:
1.Support the Finance Manager in administration, reporting, and preparation of financial data.
2. Assist in recording financial transactions, cash reconciliation, and petty cash reports.
3. Archive tax and financial documents while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Handle company tax administration (billing codes, e-invoices, tax returns/SPT, and coordination with related parties).
Qualifications:
1. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in finance administration/taxation is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Good understanding of accounting cycles and basic taxation principles.
4. Proficiency in accounting or bookkeeping software is an advantage.
5. Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in East Bandung, and preferably residing in Bandung.
