Job Description

  • Conduct bank reconciliations for incoming sales and provide reports to the Finance Controller
  • Prepare payment proposal documents in line with the payment schedule, coordinate with the AP team, and submit reports to the Treasury Analyst
  • Monitor the companys payment position, including available balances and incoming funds in the finance bank account
  • Generate invoices for unit and parts sales from Manufacturing, Distributor, and End Customers
  • Support documentation by filing and record paid vouchers
