About the Role
We are looking for an Ad Operations & Insights Manager to support the Performance Marketing team across campaign operations, analytics, and data collaboration. This role focuses on ensuring campaigns are configured accurately, monitored effectively, and continuously optimized through data-driven insights.
You will work closely with internal teams to analyze campaign performance, identify trends and anomalies, and translate real-world learnings into actionable recommendations that help improve internal models and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & QA
- Review campaign setups before launch, including targeting, payouts, events, and variants
- Ensure campaigns are configured correctly within internal dashboards
- Identify and prevent setup issues that may impact campaign performance
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor live campaigns on a daily basis
- Track key KPIs such as ROAS, margin, retention, and event completion
- Detect anomalies, performance drops, and unexpected changes
- Analyze campaign data and identify performance trends
Optimization & Performance Support
- Recommend improvements to campaign configurations, targeting, and payout structures
- Support experimentation and ongoing testing initiatives
- Identify high-performing strategies and scaling opportunities
Variant & Experiment Analysis
- Monitor A/B testing and variant performance
- Analyze and explain why certain variants outperform others
- Ensure experiments are tracked and measured accurately
Data Collaboration
- Translate campaign performance into structured, actionable insights
- Collaborate with the Data team to improve internal models
- Participate in regular discussions regarding tracking, events, and KPI logic
- Provide feedback on data quality and reporting accuracy
Dashboard & KPI Improvement
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in dashboards and reporting
- Suggest improvements to metrics visibility and reporting structure
- Help internal teams better understand KPI definitions and business impact
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels
- Experience using dashboards, Excel, or Google Sheets for analysis
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Experience collaborating with data teams or working with data models
