At least 3 years of experience in Finance Accounting (preferably in the trade and distribution sector)
Deep knowledge in Financial Accounting Standards/Standar Akuntasi Keuangan (SAK), tax regulations, and customs regulations (bea cukai).
Deep understanding of financial reporting standards for public companies.
Job Description :
Prepare, validate, and present periodic financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), annual reports, and annual budget projections for the company, market segments, and brands.
Monitor and control operational, project, and marketing budgets, providing monthly reports and recommendations to departments to improve budget utilization effectiveness.
Ensure accurate recording of AR, AP, inventory, and general journal entries; manage monthly/annual closing processes; and resolve ERP system discrepancies.
Manage and reconcile tax obligations (VAT and various WHT/PPh types) between system records and e-invoices, ensuring the correct application of tax rates.
Conduct periodic audits of cash balances, fixed assets, and physical inventory across all warehouses to ensure alignment with system records.
Collaborate with relevant departments to calculate, validate, and document customer rewards (local and international) and ensure the accuracy of AP/AR allocations.
Provide necessary data and support for external audits (OJK, tax, and customs) and implement recommendations resulting from these audits into financial statements.
Ensure all accounting operations adhere to company policies and perform additional tasks or project-based assignments as directed by management.
