Accounting Supervisor

Eurokars Group Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting monthly closing activities, and preparing financial reports across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Prepare and review financial reports for multiple entities within the group.
Support consolidation reporting and ensure consistency of financial data across entities.
Review and verify accounting documents, supporting data, and financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax-related documents, and bank reconciliation.
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants, and other related parties when required.
Ensure all accounting processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Experienced in handling accounting reports for multiple entities or group companies.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and monthly closing process.
Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and able to work with deadlines.
Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, or group company environment will be an advantage.
